Our mission is to help dog owners from all walks of life form a relationship with their dog that they can be proud of. We blend an intuitive understanding of canine behavior and motivation with a full spectrum approach to training. At Caninekind, we work with the individual dog in front of us. We believe that there are many paths to Rome. Our goal is to provide you with the tools, honest feedback and education needed to address your goals for your dog long after we hand over the leash.

Our Lead Trainer has been training dogs for over 6 years and is a member of the International Association for Canine Professionals.
Training doesn't have to be unaffordable. We are transparent about our pricing from the get-go and understand that paying for professional dog training is a huge commitment! We offer affordable pricing and competitive training and dog walking packages designed to achieve long term results that are also affordable. A NUANCED APPROACH TO DOG TRAINING
Read our "FAQs" page to understand how we approach our training philosophy. We don't simply believe in prescribing to one camp of training or another and never apply a one size fits all approach. We believe that different approaches and applications of behavioral psychology benefit each dog and owner differently.
We use as much information as possible to determine a training protocol that works for you, your dog and your lifestyle and we are committed to your long term success. Even one session with CanineKind provides you access to our fully customized client training portal.
Our client training portal was custom made for our clients at CanineKind - for as long as they need it, if they need it. It provides our clients a unique and easy to use integrated calendar that allows you to track dozens of goals in your dog's training plan and send personalized notifications directly to your phone. We designed our training portal so that our clients can opt into intuitive reminders and tips for training sessions at home. Using this app is completely optional but our clients have found it's functionality priceless.

We offer a variety of training services and assist in achieving skills like loose leash walking, house manners, door and car manners, off leash reliability, crate manners, settling/place training, trick training and overall engagement with you and your dog's desire to work for you in a consistent and fair way. On a case by case basis, we also offer assistance in evaluating behavioral issues such as reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding and similar issues. We will come to you (your home, a park, neighborhood walk, etc.).

We sell artisanal dog treats, custom toys and hand painted portraits of your dog! Our small batch treats are high protein, wholesome and made with minimal grain or processed ingredients. We guarantee your pup will love these treats as much as ours do!
